REFUNDS & RETURNS
Lingerie, Hosiery, Wigs, and Clearance Items sales are final.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 15 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping cost if a copy of the shipping receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. PLEASE NOTE only standard carrier services will be refunded.
- Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & with original tags & packaging).
- Dreamgirl will accept returns within 15 days of the shipment date, given that the items are in the same condition as received with original tags and packaging.
- Processing returns can take a few days, please be patient.
HOW TO RETURN
To obtain a return authorization, send an email to returns@dgbrands.com and provide the details of your return or exchange. Once you have your RA#, download and fill out the return form here:

Please completely fill out the return form. Returns without a completely filled out Return Form CAN NOT be processed and therefore WILL NOT be refunded.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope (you may also use the original package). Make sure to print the RA# on the outside of the box!
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
